Stability Construction is owned and operated by Wayne Richardson, a Journeyman Plumber (Red Seal) with 30 years of experience as a tradesman. Wayne has also been educated and experienced as a project manager over the past 15 years. During this period he gained long term trusting relationships with other professionals in the trades including Journeyman Electrician, Journeyman Carpenter, Journeyman HVAC Technician, Painter with over 40 years of experience, drywallers and flooring experts. Wayne is highly proficient with reading and following project specifications, codes and drawings. He is willing to take the additional time to interpret them for the customer so that they can make the best, most informed and cost-effective decisions possible when it comes to their project or work site.

During his personal time Wayne is an accomplished Nationally Certified Amateur Boxing Coach. In 2016 he co-founded a program called Grizzly Strides, a non-contact adaptive physical fitness and cognitive skills boxing program for people living with Parkinson Disease. He remains involved from a management, education & awareness perspective behind the scenes.

Wayne designed and installed a 4 unit Navien instant hot water heat system for our campground. His knowledge, workmanship and service were awesome. It is a very neat and clean install that works great. He also specified and replaced our toilets with low flow toilets and sinks with new low flow valves that reduce our water consumption. I would highly recommend his services.
